Lung Segmentation
VIP (Virtual Image Processing) is an OpenGL GUI-based medical image processing package/demo under development. Currently, basic segmentation of lung images and OpenGL rendering of the airway have been implemented. The initial development of this software was done by Chris Wyatt (currently at Bowman Gray) under the direction of Dr. Weldon. Work is ongoing on this problem.
