first, create a cell as usual, including process ami12 and rules ami12.rules, and a schematic (logic flat)
when the cell pane appears, open the schematic from the ECO menu, as usual. YOU MUST HAVE AN OPEN SCHEMATIC
pull down the green ADK at the top to get the 1.2 micron padframe generator
the padframe should appear, with complete pads. (if you only get corner pads and green lines, something failed)
